La Michoacana VIP wasn't born from a business plan. It was born from a memory — the taste of ice cream made by hand in a small kitchen in Michoacán, where the recipe was passed down and never changed.
When we opened our doors on South Mount Vernon Avenue, we brought that same spirit with us. Every flavor starts with real fruit, whole milk, and the kind of patience that can't be rushed. No shortcuts. No artificial anything. Just the honest flavor of something made the right way.
